#PortlandGP did a Twitter chat with IndyCar Driver Spencer Pigot. Check it out below and be sure to follow us on social @portland_gp for more!
.@hellbolt asks @SpencerPigot: What has been your biggest challenge so far this season?
— Portland GP (@Portland_GP) August 15, 2018
I guess getting the handle on the new aerokit. Its been different for the drivers and the engineers, so just getting a handle on that and the different types of tracks has been a fun challenge and something new every weekend. https://t.co/tH1s4QPOkV

.@mattdico asks @SpencerPigot: How does the preparation change for a new circuit? Has there been engineers visiting the track etc to gain knowledge?
— Portland GP (@Portland_GP) August 15, 2018
Not from our team. We’ve been spending a lot of time in the simulator getting ready for #PortlandGP and then also studying old races so, we’ll have a lot to learn when we get there. https://t.co/O1eyLnwjPh

.@jsparkman_ asks @SpencerPigot: Scenario: You walk into a bar and a very convincing patron says you’re next on the karaoke. What song do you sing?
— Portland GP (@Portland_GP) August 15, 2018
Blink 182 - The Rock Show https://t.co/QCFn4QIcmK

.@davidindycar asks @SpencerPigot: What’s been the best part of your first full time season?
— Portland GP (@Portland_GP) August 15, 2018
Just being in the car so often. Its obviously my dream to race Indy cars and being able to be driving in IndyCar as often as I have been this year has been a blast. https://t.co/0OdFf12el2

.@RobRobinson18 asks @SpencerPigot: I live in Orlando and always went to the Disney Indy Car Race were you able to see one as a child?
— Portland GP (@Portland_GP) August 15, 2018
No I wasn’t. I’ve never been to the oval at Disney, but there was a big go kart race in the parking lot just outside of the speedway that I did once. https://t.co/LMC3E8W3BF

.@CarMcFast1 asks @SpencerPigot: If you could have one "mythical" creature be "real" which one would you choose?
— Portland GP (@Portland_GP) August 15, 2018
Loch Ness Monster https://t.co/ffa8p1hIwO

.@pdxoutre asks @SpencerPigot: what is the most challenging aspect of running a track that is essentially new to the series?
— Portland GP (@Portland_GP) August 15, 2018
The lack of information that we have. At most tracks we have a lot of data to look back on, a lot of experience and different things that we’ve tried and we know if they work or not. (1/2) https://t.co/TyH5oFs2Nm
— Portland GP (@Portland_GP) August 15, 2018
A new track like Portland is not only new for the engineers but is new for me so, we have to start from zero on Friday and just hope that our predictions of the track and what its going to be like all correlate. (2/2) https://t.co/TyH5oFs2Nm

Heather B. asks @SpencerPigot: Did you grow up watching Indy? Do you have a favorite childhood memory from meeting a driver?
— Portland GP (@Portland_GP) August 15, 2018
I definitely grew up watching indycar every weekend, always been a fan. One of my earliest IndyCar memories was with Dan Wheldon. He used to do some of the go kart races in the off season that I was at. (1/2) https://t.co/d8d2QJy4uv
— Portland GP (@Portland_GP) August 15, 2018
Obviously, I was a lot younger, I wasn’t racing against him directly but, it was always cool to see him at the go kart track and he was always super friendly to young drivers like me. (2/2) https://t.co/d8d2QJy4uv

Last Question! @LeeBentham asks @SPencerPigot: who’s your favorite indycar coach, and why?
— Portland GP (@Portland_GP) August 15, 2018
Lee Bentham is my favorite IndyCar coach. You’re like a broder to me. https://t.co/DAtP4Nhj3V
